Many times you receive connection errors and interstitials for sites that use old versions of TLS (1.0 OR 1.1).
To disable the Errors, you need to run : chrome://flags/#legacy-tls-enforced. in address bar .
Then change from Default to Disabled
You need to Restart the Chrome Browser.
